The Ramirez Family

When Eric Ramirez and his wife started their factory near San Miguel de Allende, they went to the bank to open a checking account. The bank manager asked Eric for his signature on the account, and his wife said, “Eric, I should be a signer on the account as well in case you die.”

Eric thought about it for a minute and said, “Well, what if you leave me?”

His wife replied, “Well, you would have deserved it!”

As a result, the entire family is listed as joint owners of the factory.
