StoveTeam in Honduras

Nothing can stand in the way of a group of dedicated volunteers helping Anibal and Rossana Murcias build a new factory - not even a volcanic eruption near Antigua, Guatemala that forced the multi-day closure of the Guatemala City airport! This group of 14 means business and they’ve been getting down to it over the last few days.

The work has been hard, but well worth it as Anibal’s vision becomes a reality. By the end of our trip we will have completed a cement floor, provided better support for an existing structure, put up a new structure to expand operations at the factory, and delivered 50 stoves to a nearby community!

There certainly is power in numbers and StoveTeam has been lucky to receive such strong support from our volunteers. Nice work everyone!
